How to use
Take one scoop (~11 grams) once, twice or three times a day. The optimal amount of formula is weight dependent, and two servings are ideal for an adult weight of 110-160 lbs. to help achieve an anabolic condition. For best results, take LEAP2Excel™ in the mornings on an empty stomach, and in the afternoon 3-4 hours after a protein meal. Add one scoop into 4-8 ounces of water and stir. If the flavor isn’t quite right for you try using a little more or less water, and if necessary, add some juice.
Normally, wait 4 hours between servings, unless working out. For physical training or strenuous workouts, taking one serving 30 minutes before and one serving 30 minutes after will achieve best results. It is safe to take LEAP2Excel™ up to 4 times a day, especially during training. When taken more than 2 times a day for 5-7 days, take a 1–2-day break from taking LEAP2Excel™ to allow the body to enter a catabolic state for at least one day.
